The Hyatt in Madeleine district was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel special throughout our stay. The junior suite was clean and charming, and the housekeeping staff kept it in top condition. The room was fine. The staff were courteous and professional. The room service breakfast was excellent.

I arrived at the hotel in Paris at 6.15pm from London. My suite booked through you was not available when I arrived because the guests had gone out for the day and not come back. They had apparently told the hotel they would return at 7pm. Then they would pack and leave and then the suite would have to be cleaned. No other suites were available and I was asked to wait. I refused, pointed out that I had a contractual right to a room which had been breached and demanded a room instead, which I was given for 450 Euros, before taxes. I am extremely annoyed that the room I had booked was unavailable more than three hours after the contracted time and would not have been available until six hours after the contracted time, if at all.

The hotel is far from champs

Cozy spot, staff knows their stuff and they’ve got free wi-fi to hook up to 📶. The bed here is super comfy, rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. Also, you can’t beat the great location - it’s just a hop, skip, and a jump away from all the action.

I appreciated this hotel and would recomand it to anyone. It had very central location close to an expiatory chapel. The breakfast was wonderful, the check in was early.

Had an INCREDIBLE stay for four nights. Units with excellent shower. The location was great and stunning, very close to Champs-Élysées, and the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe, in a good area. Tried some nice meals at Twenty Peas, located next to the hotel.

Excellent food, good breakfast. Location is unbeatable, close to most Monuments, the metro, supermarket, and cafes. Within comfortable walking distance to the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, and other places. A great base for a one-night stay, quiet, and extraordinary hotel.

Convenient location near shopping and metros, friendly and helpful staff, nearby supermarket and restaurants, good area to stay in the city.

For a business hotel, business center consists in only one computer bugging constantly and one home printer that could never work despite the helpful staff trying to help. Internet, that one would expect to be included in the room rate in a business hotel - comes on top at a pretty expensive rate. However, without being prompted for it, staff removed it from the bill because of the "business center" failures.

The rooms could be a little more comfortable for the classification of the hotel. Helpful staff and good location. A bit expensive but everything in Paris is expensive .........

I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to go to Paris

The room was clean, spacious, and had a modern bathroom with an indulgent soaking tub. I loved ending my day in the lobby lounge with a delicious dessert and a glass of Champagne. The hotel's proximity to major attractions made sightseeing a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris.

the hotel was incredibly beautiful with exceptional employees from check-in to check-out. my room was airy & light filled with the balcony and king bed, as example. the location was great - ease of access to concorde.

The hotel had a modern and quirky design. It is located in a very nice area, not far from Saint Lazare train station and all the shops on Boulevard Hausmann. The central location was a definite plus. The room was reasonably large with a very comfy king-sized bed.

The facilities at the hotel were fantastic, especially for guests with disabilities. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, making sure that our needs were met throughout our stay.

The staff really made us feel looked after, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
